Hey! I'm Dr. Shawn, and I know from personal experience exactly what languishing looks like. Even though I was what most people would call “fit” and knew quite a bit about nutrition and exercise, I wasn’t thriving.

My work as an athlete, coach, and educator has earned me national recognition on the TED and White House stages.
